Wot's the appeal . . .?

Am often asked wot is the fooking appeal of Italian marques as me has been raving about em like a rabid dawg since getting one recently. Me thinks a pix (or several of them) will convey the answer more eloquently than me ever could. Ye see when a dude stares at this . . .
He is actually dreaming of this . . .

And when someone with rather deeper pockets sets his eyes on one of these . . .

He is actually aiming fer a bit of this . . .

A fella who will mortgage his home & quite possibly his soul fer a taste of this . . .

Is really smacking his lips in anticipation of this . . .

A dude who opts fer this blacker-than-nite affair . . .

will feel he's with her even on a solo ride across state lines . . .

This is all in spite of the repeated warnings that wot's in store is a whole shit load of this . . .

Several post-scripts:
1) Women are always accussing us having only one thing on our mind . . . know wot, they're fooking right . . . Buying an Italian merely confirms wot everyone knows - yer a horny lil' devil.

2) We are just BOYS & their TOYS. We never learn, we never fooking grow up . . . So why not act out yer automotive fantasies with some of the most delectable cars ever to be made.

3) Cars are an extension of our personalities. People who say they are not bothered by wot they drive are basically declaring . . . (insert appropriate put down here) . . .

4) Yes, cars are penile extensions. So fooking wot? So are ties & every fooker's got one on!(*So its kinda scary if ye drives a Nissan Sylphy - its like saying ye've got some sorta STD!!!*).

5) Automotive style is not price sensitive. Fer example, a pre-owned pocket rocket like a Fiat Punto HGT costs less than a fooking Viva.

6) Different strokes fer diff folks, some will say . . . yeah, yeah . . . Its like saying ye don't dig Monica which means yer either BLIND or . . .

Get the picture?

anba: Who doesn't love the lines of a Stingray or the sheer deftness of the Cobra?

But as ye know the former is nigh on impossible to own here whilst the latter will PUNISH ye fer the smallest mistake.

The latter can be bought as a kit car but as yet, Malaysian market has yet to make that transition.

Porche 911 - same. Must have incredible skill to tame it but hey . . . at least its available here & ye has something to aim fer.

Mini - yer is talking bout ther classic or the new models?

Like me said, bro, a used Fiat Punto HGT cost less than a fooking Viva. Its cheap, relatively low maintenance & is a bundle of fun. No need to break the bank fer some style & speed.

Go on, sell either one of yer cars & get a budget Italian. It'll change yer life matey . . .

Italian cars are like beautiful women. They are gorgeous, sexy and beautiful to look at. Yet, many would fear to go near them. Why?! They fear and have this thought that beautiful things like these are not reliable and faithful. These beautiful creations would demand much more attention and care compared to all the others. They also have tantrums and like to be pampered ever so often.

However, once you take that bold step and get one of these Italians. The satisfaction it brings you is indescribable. You suddenly find yourself like a kid again (that wild side of you is unleashed). You get all excited when you drive her and the sound that she makes gets you all trembling inside. You just want to drive it harder and hear her scream more and more. Your adrenaline gets pumping and you just feel so damn excited! What a wonderful feeling and you just long for more.

Having driven German, Jap and Aussie cars…the Italians would just be different and offer something that the rest can’t. It is special and it makes you want more of it! Had driven some German cars which are faster, Japs which are more reliable and powerful as well as Aussie cars with big cc engines and a lovely deep growl. They are fast, nice to drive and some more reliable…yet, I still prefer and enjoy driving my Italian. She gives me problems every now and then, but when I treat her right and when she behaves…she never fails to excite and satisfy my need. :P

Once you own an Alfa, Fiat or other Italian marques…it is hard to go back and look at others. :P

They say Italian cars have soul and they connect with you. Well, I believe this is true! ;)
