kerp: Yeah, that's wot's cool bout sesame street. Quality control.

tinesh: Wot to do? The producers were merely reacting to the flood of complaints.

mine - "everybody hurts";stake through the soul everytime it comes on.especially after that few pints of enlightenment. one of the few blokes who can pull of total ramblemumble in style and pure coolness.

re: sesame street
here's a pathetic confession.
was and am still a huge sucker for it. i could, sit through two hours flat of back-to-back installments..just staring, eyes glazed..and i bet yu something chief...still would have learnt something which i had taken for grante.

back in jb, you used to get it one the singapore telly. two times a week - sans the quivering nasally alih-suare irritant voiceovers that make you cringe with doraemonophobia.

must admit, unknowingly lots of things get stuck in the head. like when you're at school..and the teacher's explaining something on the board..and you "hey, i saw this on sesame street"..and sets that image you saw in motion..trying to breed familiarity and cement association and understanding of the concept. things settled in your head. that is of course until puberty caught up..or i caught up with puberty. naturally, whether unknowingly (or knowingly)...you start to have fond (fondling?) images of..maria. and one more blondie, can't remember the name.

oscar the grouch - must be the one and only original muppet punk ever!..subtle depiction of bad-arse punk spirt of the streets telecasted from the viewpoint of a trashcan to discourage young kids when they decide what not to become perhaps? :)

fav was bert and ernie. now that i think back about it...they were like this cousin dudes who lived in the same house...for a L-O-O-N-G TIME. cousins?
yeah righttttt :)

rest assured chief, lord seth has refine tastes.

s.street really teaches.

one more thing on that quality thing you mentioned, they had good shit in terms of music on even that time. i remembered hearing about names like lena horne doing a duet with elmo (the maroon coloured bastard who sounds like he's doped up 3/4 of the time). one p.mccartney. lionel richie to name amongst a few.

quality.

re: katy pery - MR.T

uhm. she's got that "c.F.m" look/thangg going, i can't quite put my finger on it....combinacion de slut le innocence. okay
time for me to shut up.

If i'm not mistaken, they even had that ol lead singer from hello"VEEN" on once...mwahhahahha

appreciatively,
moz.

Mozz, couldnt agree more. Everybody Hurts is a real classic. I remember watching the video and right instantly fell in love with the pork-pie hat worn by Mr Stipe in the clip. But not anymore la. Nowadays you can see even the mat rempits wear such hat...

Re: Kate Perry. She's a freakin' lesbo la guys.

achilles: We were all young once . . . in some cases, have yet to outgrow the infantile stage . . . he he.

Mozzer: Gor Master Seth one of them compilation vids & its damn cool how they teach alphabet using AUTHENTIC BLUES! Now that's wot me calls an education.

kerp: Kate Pery . . . Lesbo . . . so wot's the problemo there? Would have thought that would only increase the fetish value . . .he he.

Kerp (Ph.D) said...

It certainly does. And No issues ofcos. Only that guys like us (Mozz and Tman) can only dream of boning chics like her....hahaha

what I meant was, Sesame Street is the shiznit yo! The purple dinosaur scares me, no shit

Kerp (Ph.D) said...

Apologies bro, i actually got her mixed up with LINDA Perry, the 4NonBlondes chic. So you can pretty much guess how the lesbo issue came about. And now that the confusion's sorted, I dont even know who the hell Katy Perry is, let alone whoever fuck's bonking her!

kerp: Classic! Ah ha ha ha!

Showing yer age . . .

Old punks tie the knot & street cred goes right down the drain!

Kerp (Ph.D) said...

Hahahah...Yes, gotta admit its the age factor. Instead of a young hot Perry, all the while I thought it was the other one, the 40plus rock lesbo chic. Equally hot nonetheless, if not hotter. Talent-wise however, you just gotta give it to LINDA!
